DR. MANOJ ANGUS

Founder & CEO, SmartGRID Technologies & Power Quality Solutions | CTO, Supreme Technology & Energy Solutions Australia

Dr. Manoj received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the RMIT University, Australia. He works with Elspec for over 15 Years, specializing in synchrophasor PMU technology, artificial intelligence, and advanced power quality solutions for utilities, renewables, data centres, and critical infrastructure.

Dan brings four decades of electrical expertise, including 12+ years in field service and design engineering across North America. As Cargill’s Power Quality SME, he strengthens system reliability by identifying and addressing waveform‑related issues across complex operations. He brings practical insight into how power quality challenges impact performance and financial outcomes.

Jim Coulter

Director, Energy efficiency Specialist at Development Solutions Midwest. Jim is an energy efficiency professional with 14 years of experience designing utility DSM programs. In recent years he applies that expertise in the private sector to help commercial and industrial clients implement practical, results‑driven solutions. His work centers on using data analytics and AI to drive continuous efficiency gains and measurable carbon reduction, and he is known for his strong, execution‑focused approach.

Md Maidul Islam

Staff III, Energy Utilization Power Quality Research at Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). Maidul is a power quality researcher with a strong focus on distribution system analysis and data‑driven solutions. His work centers on AI applications in power systems, power data analytics, fault detection and analysis of complex PQ challenges impacting modern distribution networks. He has authored more than 10 papers and holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University.

Si Chen

Senior Power System Performance Engineer at Ørsted Wind Power. Si is a Senior Power System Performance Engineer at Ørsted Wind Power, a position she has held since 2021. Her work focuses on grid compliance modelling and validation using measurement data. Prior to joining Ørsted, she gained extensive experience as a Grid Planner at Energinet.dk, the Danish Transmission System Operator (TSO), where she specialized in power system analysis.
