COMSYS COLAB ADF Partner Conference 2024 – Lund, Sweden

Lund, Sweden and Melbourne, Australia - We were thrilled to attend and present our case studies at the COMSYS Colab Conference in Lund, Sweden, in September 2024. It was a great opportunity to connect with industry leaders, learn about exciting new ADF technologies, and, of course, explore Sweden! Together with our family-owned affiliate company, Supreme Technology & Energy Solutions Australia Pty Ltd, we proudly serve as the exclusive COMSYS distributor in Australia. In this blog post, we highlight key moments, including the announcement of the New COMSYS ADF P100 Generation 4, and new software updates that make COMSYS ADF the best active filter investment. We also fondly reflect on our experiences at the previous COMSYS ADF Conferences in 2019 and 2020.

ADF Conference 2020

Due to the pandemic, COMSYS ADF Conference 2020, was in an online format. In this conference, various awards were given to partners around the globe. Supreme Technology and Energy Solutions Australia, the sister company to SmartGRID Technologies and Power Quality Solutions, won the prestigious award for the World's Largest ADF Project, for our work on Australia's Largest Project - Cross River Rail in Queensland. To learn more about this project, visit the COMSYS website here.

Supreme Technology & Energy Solutions Australia Receives Prestigious COMSYS Largest Project Award for Cross River Rail Project in Brisbane

Presented at the COMSYS ADF Conference in 2020, Supreme Technology & Energy Solutions Australia Pty Ltd, an affiliate company to SmartGRID Technologies, wins the Largest Project Award in the World, for the Cross River Rail Project with 19 x COMSYS ADF P300 Active Harmonic Filters.

The construction of the tunnels commenced in 2021 and requires digging and boring directly under the city centre. Large tunnel boring machines, tunnel fans and pumps are the largest loads during the construction phase and all of these loads are controlled by Variable Speed Drives. The Cross River Rail will be passing very close to some of the most sensitive buildings in the CBD, including several hospitals and The Brisbane / Gabba Cricket Ground. For this reason, there has been a strong focus on power quality already from the start of this project, with very strict limits on harmonic levels.

ADF Conference 2019 - Istanbul, Turkey
